Shaireen brings a nuanced understanding of hospitality environments and coordinates seamlessly with designers, consultants, technical specialists, trades, general managers, operations teams, maintenance teams, and housekeeping staff.

Throughout her career, she has partnered with branded and boutique hotel teams to lead projects from concept through execution, ensuring every decision supports operational excellence, guest experience, and design intent.

Alice is the owner and creator of IDM which is a Canadian subsidiary of her overseas business AOne Hospitality.

Alice offers a thoughtful turnkey approach to hospitality new builds and renovations, guiding each project from scope development and 3D design renderings through material and procurement, production, delivery and full on-site installation.
